Tracy Catering Company was founded in 2013 to bring genuinely good catering — the kind you'd be proud to serve at your own wedding — to Tracy, the Tri-Valley, and the wider SF Bay Area. A decade later we're still doing exactly that, just at much larger scale.

Tracy Catering Company is a subsidiary of Fresh Pulp Holdings LLC, a catering conglomerate operating multiple brands across the San Francisco Bay Area. Collectively, the group caters well over 1,000 events per year and has fed more than one million guests to date.
What that means for you: a small, attentive local team in Tracy backed by the kitchen capacity, supply-chain leverage, and operational depth of a much larger Bay Area catering group. We can comfortably handle a 10-person office lunch on Tuesday and a 300-person wedding on Saturday — without dropping the ball on either.

Jason has built the Tracy Catering Company menu over the last ten years — recipe by recipe, event by event. Every dish on the current menu has been tested, refined, and re-tested at real catered events until it consistently delivered. The result is a menu that's deliberately broad (Italian, Mexican, BBQ, classic American, vegetarian, gluten-free, and more) but with no filler — every item earned its spot.
